Right of Withdrawal
Consumer Information
According to consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers in case of contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expires and after being informed by the trader about the loss of the right of withdrawal.
1. Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal
Products offered on NetBiznes FlowHub are digital content (e-books, online courses, templates, software, etc.). Before purchasing any digital product:
- The Buyer is informed about the lack of withdrawal rights.
- The Buyer agrees to start the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
- The Buyer confirms being informed about the loss of withdrawal rights.
After expressing the above consents and making payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
2. Exceptions – When Refund is Possible
Refund may be possible in the following situations:
- Product defect – if the digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, incomplete content), you have the right to complain.
- Non-conformity with description – if the product significantly differs from the description.
- Seller's voluntary policy – some Sellers offer satisfaction guarantee (information in product description).
3. Consumer Information
According to consumer protection laws, we inform that:
- The consumer has the right to complain about a defective product.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days.
- The consumer can use out-of-court complaint resolution methods.

The following form applies only when the Seller offers physical products or voluntarily allows returns:
