How do I add a new product for sale?
To add a new product:
1. Log in to your seller panel
2. Click "My Products" → "Add Product"
3. Fill in the form: name, description, price
4. Upload your product file (PDF, ZIP, MP4, etc.)
5. Set affiliate commission (how much referrers earn)
6. Submit for review
After admin approval, your product will be published.

What is the platform commission?
The default platform commission is 10% of each sale. The rate is set by the administration and can be individually negotiated.
IMPORTANT - Platform commission is different from affiliate commission:
• Platform commission - fee for the platform (set by administrator)
• Affiliate commission (0-50%) - for referrers (you set it yourself)
Both are deducted from the product price.

When will I receive payment for my sales?
Payouts are processed after a 14-day protection period (for potential refunds).
How to request a payout:
1. Go to "Payouts" in your panel
2. Check available balance
3. Enter your bank details
4. Minimum amount: 50 PLN
Transfer is processed within 3-5 business days.

How do I add materials (files, videos) to my product?
In the seller panel: My Products → select product → Variants. For each variant you can:
• Upload a file for download (PDF, ZIP, MP4, etc.)
• Provide an external link (e.g. to a webinar)
• For courses and webinars: in "Courses & webinars – lessons" you add lessons (video recordings) that buyers see after purchase.
Promotional materials (texts, banners for partners) are added under "Promo materials" for the product.

What file types and sizes are allowed for product delivery?
The platform accepts common digital files: PDF, ZIP, MP4, MP3, documents, images. Size limit is set by the administrator (e.g. several hundred MB).
For large files (e.g. video courses) use "Courses & webinars – lessons" so buyers watch online. For webinars you can provide an external link (e.g. ClickMeeting) instead of a file.

How can I promote my product on the platform? (featured, homepage)
• Homepage / Featured: the administrator can feature selected products on the homepage and in the "Featured" section. Contact support if you want your product promoted.

A webinar is a product where you deliver access to an online meeting (live or recorded) via an external link.
How to set it up:

How do I add webinar materials (recordings, slides) for buyers?
In the panel: "Courses & webinars – lessons" → select the product (course or webinar). There you add lessons – each lesson can be a video recording or set of slides.
Buyers see the list of lessons in their panel (My purchases → product → Lessons) and can play them online. You can also add a download file to the variant (e.g. PDF of slides) so the buyer gets it after payment.

How much can I earn as a partner?
Your earnings depend on:
• Commission set by the seller (0-50% of product price)
• Number of sales through your links
• Product prices
Example: Product 200 PLN, commission 25% → You earn 50 PLN per sale

What channels can I use to promote products? (social media, email, blog)
You can promote anywhere you share your referral link:
• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) – posts, stories, link in bio
• Email – newsletter, emails to your list
• Blog or website – posts with product link
• YouTube – description, pinned comment
• Groups and forums – where the rules allow it
Important: always use your unique link from the panel (Affiliate Program) so sales are attributed to your account.

How do I get my referral link and track sales?
Referral link: after logging in go to "Affiliate Program" (or "Partner panel"). You will find your unique link (with ref code). Copy it and append it to product URLs (e.g. /p/product-slug/?ref=YourCode).
Tracking: in the same panel you see stats – clicks, sales attributed to your link, and commission earned. Payouts are processed once the minimum amount (e.g. 50 PLN) is reached.

What is the difference between a seller account and a partner account?
• Seller: adds and sells their own digital products (e-books, courses, webinars, etc.). Receives payment from buyers; the platform deducts commission. To become a seller you need to register and – depending on the platform – complete a form or be verified.
• Partner (affiliate): does not sell their own products but recommends others' products. Earns commission for each sale through their link. Every registered user can act as a partner immediately – just copy the referral link from the panel and promote.
You can be both a seller and a partner (sell your own and recommend others' products).
